To make Montréal a leader among smart and digital cities, its online municipal services must make your life easier, help you save time and create a constructive, transparent dialogue with you. We aim to innovate by developing this project with you so that it can perfectly meet your needs.
Online services anchored in your everyday life
These fast, simple and effective services will be progressively introduced on montreal.ca, the city’s future Web site. The first services will go online in fall 2017. With montreal.ca, you’ll find the information you need more easily, you’ll be able to report problems that need attention or get a permit or an Accès Montréal card in just a few clicks. Montreal.ca will make your relationship with the city simpler and more pleasant.
When an unexpected situation occurs (water main break, gas leak, smog or other risk) the quality and speed of information are essential… as is your help in getting prepared!
- Take a photo of a pothole you feel is dangerous and send it to us via montreal.ca. You will receive a confirmation number and you can follow up on the request until it is repaired
- Are you looking for youth activities in your neighbourhood? The online calendar offers you lots of them, and as a bonus, you can reserve your spaces, get a text reminder just before the activity and share your impressions on the city’s social media
